Confessions of an Emotional Eater

If you aren't an emotional eater it's hard to understand....
Carbs, cheese, chocolate, candy and cake are some emotional eating favorites. 
Most of the time emotional eating makes it worse.
Even still while you're eating, no matter what you're eating for that split second you feel better.
At one point or another you looked at a fitness magazine while stuffing your face.
It can be a really vicious cycle.
You always have hope that you'll get control some day.
