Day 4: Chocolate Orange 'Shells'

Did you notice? I Christmas-fyed my blog! I couldn't resist, I love Christmas time!!!

Though the temperature outside reminds me of Spring, dreary look reminds me of winter. It's rained on and off today; a perfect day to bake!
Today made Chocolate Orange "shell" cookies.
When totally finished, if you let them cool a few hours (until the chocolate chips and drizzled chocolate is harden) these cookies will remind you of Orange Milano Cookies!!! Enjoy!

Do you know the three gifts that the wise men gave Jesus? Need help? It's Gold, Frankincense and Myrrh.
Do you know the meanings behind these gifts?
Gold is a symbol of "kingship". Although Jesus was a baby the wise men knew that he was Christ the King!
Frankincense was normally burned during worship as an offering to God. This gift shows Jesus is a divine King!
Myrrh is a bitter perfume that was used to embalm the dead. Myrrh represents the sacrificial death of Jesus!

What do you call people who are afraid of Santa Claus??????????? Claustrophobic!
The song of the day is, O' Holy Night! I love, love, LOVE this song!!!!!!!

Merry Christmas!
