There you have it; pictures of the ducklings. We're down to 12 ducklings. One, we're not really sure how it died, but, it got stuck on it's back in the mud, and (even after bringing it inside for some TLC) it died a few days later. The next; the water in their pools have to stay at least an inch from the top for the ducklings to be able to get out, well, I had filled there pools and the next morning I go out and there are two ducklings in the water that's four inches from the top (I guess it got really windy that night and blew the water out) one of the ducklings in the water was dead, the other standing on it's tip toes, I pulled it out and you could tell it was exhausted, it couldn't stand on it own, so, right now it's inside receiving TLC. It's doing great and we should be taking it back outside soon.
Fair is getting so close, last night Samantha went to do her skillathon. A Skillathon is a method of involving youth in challenging, non-competitive, learn-by-doing activities. This method of helping 4-Her’s develop both personal and project skills is designed as a series of mini-learning stations with an assistant at each station.

The garden is doing great! It's been raining on and off for the past week, and the seeds are soaking it up! Free water is always welcomed!

Enjoy your summer! It'll be winter again before you know it!
