Broody Dorkis

Last year we had a hen hatch two eggs, one of which was a hen we named Dorkis (from seven brides for seven brothers), she looks to be a leghorn/ bantam Cochin cross; very cute and small.
Well, the past few days she's been really broody, and she is a very aggressive broody hen! So, any who, we kept moving her out of the nesting boxes to get the eggs....last night I go in to collect the eggs, and there was only one egg (we normally get at least 9)...we have our coop divided into two sides, I look back into the second area and see an egg on the ground, so I duck under the divider and all the way in the corner was Dorkis brooding eggs...So, I go over to push her off and what do I discover??? THERE WERE MORE THAN 21  EGGS UNDER HER!!!!! How or when all of our hens laid back there, I have no clue! So now, we don't want to take the eggs from her because we don't know how old they are, and we don't want to crack open an egg and have a partially developed chick plop out.....so now Samantha and I have to ask mom if we can let Dorkis hatch the eggs......
Everyone is doing well here....we've gotten a boat load of zucchini and yellow squash in...along with banana peppers....
