Doubt and around the farm

"Doubt is a tool of the devil, as he did in the garden of Eden, so satin wants to work in the dark resesses of your heart. He loves to remind you of your faults, that horrid lie, the moment you exploded in anger, those times in which you were given over to the devils wishes, the day that you were needed but you didn't respond. The devil wants you to doubt Gods love for you. He wants you to focus on your failures and not focus on your Father. Don't give in to him today, tomorrow or ever! Trust Christ! Heed Christ more than you heed your doubts. Your doubts will onlt cause you missory and pain. But Christ will bring you peace and Joy!!!" ~Max Lucado ________________________________________

Everything here at Twin Oaks is good. We're weaning the kids; today was there last day for a bottle in the morning. Samantha moved her chicks outside yesterday- in a few more weeks it's fair time, so soon!!
The garden is doing well, weeds are starting to appear (we didn't have a hoe, but now we do) so I need to get hoeing.
We're going to go to a local state park to pick wild blackberries soon. YUM!!
Everynight, for the past week, we've had a thunderstorm! Lighting lights up the sky! Dad says it's the humidity..
Oh, great news! We have a new pool (our old pool was destroyed by a wind storm...and a dog digging through the bottom) the pool is filling as we speak! Half way there!!!
Thursday's I'm starting to take horseback riding lessons! I'll be taking them with mom!

Here is a poem that I found that I feel Christians should remember,
Thou Art coming to a King,
Large petitions with thee bring;
For His grace and power are such,
None can ever ask to much!

"The Lord directs the steps of a christian. He delights in every detail of their lives. Though they stumble, they will never fall, for the Lord holds them by the hand." Psalms 37:23-24
